Cummon Questions

  • How do I know what size I am?

    For each product in the page is the ability to view a “size guide” in which are specified the size of the product. Just compare the dimensions specified in the table with those of your body to see if a product is the right size.

  • What methods of payment are accepted?

    Payment methods accepted are Bank Transfer and Paypal. If you want to pay by credit card and you are not registered to PayPal’s no problem. PayPal fact also provides for payment through credit card without you need to register.

  • How do I buy something?

    To purchase an item, simply click “add to cart” inside the single page of the product you want to buy. To do so, however, you will need to select the size of the product you want to buy. The product will be added to your cart. Do this for each product you want to buy. To complete your purchase you need to log in (if you already have an active account) or register by completing all modules of the fields of the checkout page. You must also specify the payment method and shipping address of the goods and click on the checkout button. Depending on the mode of payment you will be redirected to the payment page, or through Paypal or order confirmation page in case you have chosen bank transfer. In the second of the two you will receive by mail all the bank details to make the payment.

  • I have forgotten my username, now what?

    Contact our customer service department at thesiltedco.srl@gmail.com email specifying your email address. Our customer service will answer you by e-mail communicating your username.

  • I have forgotten my password, now what?

    Don’t worry it’s not a problem. You can reset your password by clicking the “Lost Password” link on login page or linking to this page https://thesiltedcompany.com/my-account/lost-password/

  • Do I need to sign up to buy?

    Yes, but it’s easy using the affixed link located in the footer of each page or through the appropriate login form on the checkout page.

Refund & Returns

  • How do I return / exchange items?

    If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so only paying the cost of delivery within 14 days of delivery date. 

    Contact our client service at info@thesiltedcompany.com , specific “Exchange” in the subject of email  and write us a replacement size and/or color from those available. Visit “Returns & refund” to check every details.

  • How do I get a refund?

    If you require a refund read all the rules on delivery and refund specified in the “Returns & refund” and then contact our customer service department at the info@thesiltedcompany.com mail

Shipping

  • How long will it take for my items to arrive?

    We usually ship the goods within 2 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from the date of receipt of payment. Delivery times vary depending on the then shipping area. Usually for Italy the goods arrive within one working day while you may want to visit the “Shipping costs and times” to check shipping times in other areas of the world.

  • How much is shipping?

    The shipping costs are free for Italy while abroad the rates vary depending on the place where the goods to be shipped. It is advisable to display the “Shipping costs and times” to check all fares.
